Please allow 30 business operating days for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email when your package arrives at our Return Center for verification and refund or exchange processing.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, and cancellations.

What is your return policy on bras items?

Received your item but realise that the size doesn't fit, faulty, defective or delivered incorrectly? Don't worry we got you covered! Victoria's Secret is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. Do return the bra item(s) in their original conditions with original tags within 14 business days from purchased date.

Clearance/discounted priced items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any return or replacement can only be processed once per order.

Online purchases can only be returned online. Please allow 30 business operating days for your return to be received and processed. Stores are not able to accept returns for online purchases.

Return for an exchange is only eligible for a different size/color under the same category/style. Exchanging for a different product is not allowed.

For an online exchange, we will inspect and notify you once we have received your returned item. You will be notified via email on the status of your exchange after receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse. For refund request, if your return is approved, we will issue an e-giftcard to your account for you to make a new purchase. Please note shipping fees may be applicable to your exchanged product shipment if free shipping thresholds are not met. Please note we do not refund any shipping costs applied to your original order should you choose to make a partial or full return.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be made in the country of original purchase. For purchases on Victoria's Secret Online store, we only provide refund in e-giftcard to be used for repurchases from our Victoria's Secret Online store. Kindly note promo discount that has been applied would not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties.

What I need to know before returning the item?

Here's the quick bra return policy checklist for your reference:

  • Have you downloaded, filled in and emailed us the return form?
  • Customer service support will liaise with you via email after receiving your return form attachment. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team. Liaise with customer service team on your preferred date for us to pick up.
  • Is the item stated is still within the time period (14 days from purchase date) ?
  • All the tags should be intact and attached to the item.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition.
  • Items should be packed neatly and securely attached together with the return form and label.
  • Your item is ready to be returned!
How do I return the item?

Our customer service support will contact you with the return label once validating the return form emailed to us.

Pack your return items, and simply paste the return label onto the package.

Once your return items has been approved, we will use EASY2SHIP service for return item (packed) pick up.

Lastly, our customer service support will reach out to you via email once we have received your return item(s) at the warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to accept all returns. However, we are unable to accept returned bra item(s) which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed. Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected. You will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the item(s) sent back to you wherein you shall provide written confirmation to us within 5 days upon notification by us. Otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of and you shall have no further claims against us.

What is the return & refund process?

For purchases online, we only allow refund by issuing e-giftcard that to be used for repurchases from our Victoria’s Secret online store and for any items, excluding e-gift card.

E-giftcard will be processed within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date we receive the returned bra item(s) at our warehouse. The e-giftcard will have a 1-year validity period from the date of issuance and one time use only for single transaction.

We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service support as soon as we have processed your refund. Any return or replacement can only be processed once per order.

What is the return & replacement process?

Customer service support will contact you via email after receiving your return form. Liaise with customer service team on your preferred date for us to pick up. You will be notified via email on the status of your exchange after receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse. A tracking number will be shared by our customer service team when your replacement is on the way to you, please expect 3 to 5 working days for it to be delivered.
